I'm glad you guys maintained diets. I haven't done j as co and been eating whatever but I did cut the dhit out of my foot with the lawn mower blade appetite hasn't been great due to pain. Don't look if your stomach is weak. This was 2.5 weeks as go. Finally healing
Just had protein shake, tons of veggies a mix of mushrooms, green onion, asparagus, brussel sprouts, spinach, garlic and that meat substitute added 4 protein.
Then about a piece of toast with some avocado, damn I ate alot!
