What you eat today?

Breakfast was vegan yogurt with a scoop superfoods meal replacement powder.

Lunch was an Ezekiel bun with kimchi, spicy tomato soy spread and 2 slices vegan cheese.

Toasted Ezekiel bun with kimchi, spicy tomato tofu spread, vegan cheese, pecans, ginger, a small apple and a tsp natural peanut butter.
Kombucha Karma drink.
