What do you warm up with on bench

I got called out for warming up with 225 today, I explained when you put more up 135 just don't cut it..

I do 135 3 times and I pull down on it then stretch my neck up to pop my back, but I just let it sit for 10-15 seconds for a stretch, but warm-up is 205-225 depends on how I feel..
 
135 just honestly dont have the weight for needed stretch to me.
I work down but starting 135 dont feel right
 
I agree... I pull it into my chest and stretch my neck up... Pops my neck and back really good and just lay there enjoying the synovial fluid...
