Mg to CC calculations

Can somebody please help me with this once and for all? If I have a 250 mg vial, and need 500 mg of test per week. That meens I need to inject (2) whole vials per week correct? Because I’ve also read that 1CC syringe equals 250mg. So I’ve been only injecting twice a week @ 1CC per. Am I getting the proper dosage I’m after OR is my math wrong? Pretty pathetic I know….

250 mg per ML
so 2 ml per week not 2 vials
unless you have 1 ml Amps
