Aching body parts

I had been working out to build muscles and abs for some months now. I was thinking I overexercise some body parts and muscles are aching at times. Recently decided to stop and see how the aching parts would respond. Still aching, decided to try some natural treatment so I visited a massage spa in KC. They were really trained professionals, after my session some of the aching parts doesn't ache anymore but I'm still undecided if I should continue workout or totally stop to prevent seeking a physician sooner or later...any advice?
